What great information. I think I can help out with some of your questions.

Doctor: A doctor has to go to school for many years to learn how to treat patients. A doctor often works long hours sometimes with very little sleep. A doctor has to continue to learn new things so that they can better treat/help their patients. While some doctors help people get better, manyr doctors help educate their patients so that they don’t get sick.

Vet: A vet is just like a doctor but for animals and does many of the same things that a doctor does. See above.

Teacher: A teacher organizes and plans lessons to help students learn. A teacher listens to students and helps them solve their problems. A teacher cares about the people that they work with, and encourages their students to do their very best. A teacher reads and learns all the time too, so that they can be their best as well. A teacher also communicates with other teachers, and their students parents. Sometimes a teacher acts as a nurse to help a child when they are injured or sick. Sometimes a teacher acts like a counsellor and listens to children when they are feeling sad or hurt. A teacher has many many roles in his or her job.

    I hope this helps. :-)
